TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

1. The Promoter is Charter Hall Holdings Pty Limited (ACN 051 363 547) of GPO Exchange, 10 Franklin Street, Adelaide SA 5000 ("Promoter"). The promotion is conducted at Kings Lane, 60 King William Street, Adelaide SA 5000. 

2. The Kings Lane Spend & Redeem Cookbook Offer (Offer) commences at 10:30am ACDT on 19 October 2026 and ends at 1:30pm ACDT on 30 October 2026, or when all available promotional gifts have been redeemed, whichever occurs first (Offer Period).

3. The Offer is available at the following participating Kings Lane retailers:

- Food and beverage retailers: Bottega Bandito, Hummus Hustle, Momoto, Mozzafiato Cafe and My Kingdom For A Horse. Minimum spend: $20 in one transaction.

- Service retailer: Bupa Optical. Minimum spend: $80 in one transaction.

- Luxury retailer: Breitling Boutique. Minimum spend: $500 in one transaction.

4. To receive a promotional gift, customers must, during the Offer Period:

- Make a qualifying purchase in a single transaction at a participating retailer.

- Follow @kingslane_adelaide on Instagram or the Kings Lane Adelaide Facebook page, and like the relevant Offer post.

- Receive a valid promotional coaster from the participating retailer.

- Present the coaster, original purchase receipt and proof of completing the social media requirement at the Cookbook Collection Point in Kings Lane between 10:30am and 1:30pm during the Offer Period.

5. Each valid promotional coaster may be redeemed for one Two Good Co. cookbook, subject to availability. The coaster must be surrendered at the time of redemption.

6. A total of 220 assorted Two Good Co. cookbooks are available, with a total retail value of $4,950. Available titles may include Togetherness, Celebration, Comfort and Nostalgia. Individual title selection is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

7. All customers who satisfy the requirements in clause 4 and present a valid promotional coaster while promotional gifts remain available will receive one cookbook.

8. One cookbook may be redeemed per qualifying transaction and promotional coaster. Multiple redemptions are permitted where each redemption is supported by a separate qualifying transaction and valid coaster.

9. Promotional coasters are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable. Lost, stolen, damaged, copied, altered or illegible coasters will not be replaced or honoured.

10. Qualifying purchases must be completed during the Offer Period. Returned, cancelled or refunded purchases are not qualifying purchases. The Promoter and participating retailers may request proof of purchase before providing a coaster or cookbook.

11. Promotional gifts are available strictly while stocks last. Once all 220 cookbooks have been redeemed, the Offer will end and no further coasters or cookbooks will be issued.

12. The Promoter is not responsible for any inability to participate due to lost or damaged coasters, retailer or social media platform outages, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

13. The Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the Offer where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

14. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter’s decision regarding the Offer is final.

15. This Offer is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.

16. These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
